The Priorities for the School
The school priorities are set each year by the Headteacher with the Governing Body.
The Governors' agreed success criteria for the School Improvement Plan 2017/2018 are attached below
This year the School Improvement Plan is based on four key areas:
1. Effectiveness of Leadership & Management
2. Quality of Teaching, Learning & Assessment
3. Personal development, Behaviour & Welfare
4. Outcomes for Pupils

2016/2017 Priorites were:
Priority 1 Develop the leadership role for SEN to ensure every child receives work which meets their needs and ability
Priority 2 Implement an electronic assessment system to manage and interpret assessment data
Priority 3 Develop greater challenge for all groups of pupils within lessons
Priority 4 Improve outcomes for Disadvantaged pupils so that gaps with their peers close
Priority 5 Provide greater opportunities for pupils to practise and improve their spellings
