A life worth living is a life worth learning

Shakespeare at Marden

Yesterday was a very special and enjoyable day because we had a man named David come in and he did drama with us. He came in to help us perform a very famous play that has always been known and loved; it’s called a midsummer’s night dream and was written by the famous Shakespeare.

Yesterday was a very special and enjoyable day because we had a man named David come in and he did drama with us.  He came in to help us perform a very famous play that has always been known and loved; it’s called a midsummer’s night dream and was written by the famous Shakespeare.

During the morning sessions, each class was taken out at a separate time. We came out because we needed to rehearse; some classes had over-run a tad or needed to rehearse more so some had longer than others to practise. Each class had a different scene to act out, which included different actors and characters. It was ever so fun, and then we got to act it out…

At 2:10pm all the classes gathered in the hall. We were all squished it was worth it though. Each class acted out their scenes even the receptions that were ever so brave. In the end when it was all put together it was a great success. We would like to thank Mr Goddard and the staff who encouraged us and David for teaching us so much.
